Gateway Dermatology, Aesthetic Institute and Laser Center is located at 15 West South Temple, in the Gateway Tower West across from the historic Temple Square. The adjacent Crossroads Plaza parking facility offers convenient access and parking.

Directions from South of Salt Lake City:
Travel northbound on I-15 to Salt Lake City. Exit at 600 South. Travel 5 blocks East and turn left onto West Temple. Travel 4 blocks North. The entrance to Crossroads Plaza parking garage will be on your right-hand side just past 100 South. Enter the parking garage and drive to Level 9 of the parking structure. You will encounter a Rooftop Monthly Parking entrance. Drive through the monthly parking gate. The gray Gateway Tower West building will be to your far left. Park at the Gateway Tower West. The entrance to the building will put you on our floor, the 4th floor. We are next to the elevators in suite 400.

Directions from North of Salt Lake City:
Travel southbound on I-15 to Salt Lake City. Exit at 400 North. Travel east and turn right onto 300 West. Turn left onto South Temple. The entrance to Crossroads Plaza parking garage will be on your right-hand side just past West Temple. Enter the parking garage and drive all the way to Level 9 of the parking structure. You will encounter a Rooftop Monthly Parking entrance. Drive through the monthly parking gate. The gray granite Gateway Tower West building will be to your far left. Park at the Gateway Tower West. The entrance to the building will put you on our floor, the 4th floor. We are next to the elevators in suite 400.

Directions from TRAX:
Take Trax to the City Center station. Walk one block North to the Southwest corner of South Temple and Main. The entrance to the Gateway Tower West is on South Temple. Take elevator to the 4th floor. Our suite is #400 next to the elevators.
